I bought this thinking it would help me sleep cooler, but I’m not sure if I’m just being picky or what. After about 20 minutes, it felt warm to me instead of cool. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just didn’t feel worth it

I really thought I was going to love this, but it just didn’t hold up the way I hoped. After a few washes, the cover started pilling and some of the seams were already getting loose. I don’t know, it just felt like it should’ve lasted a lot longer for what it costs

I really wanted to like this, but it ended up feeling a bit stiff for me. I also still woke up sweaty most nights, which was kind of disappointing since I was hoping it would help with that... maybe it works better for someone else.

It does feel soft when you first touch it, and it’s definitely fine to sleep on, but I was expecting a little more for the price. The way it’s presented makes it seem like it’ll be super cozy and luxurious, but to me it’s just okay. Not uncomfortable or anything, just kind of average

I ordered a pillow insert and it just didn’t end up working for me. The return itself was straightforward, so I expected the refund to be just as smooth. Instead, it took almost three weeks and I had to follow up by email twice. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but it was definitely more annoying than I expected

The wording made it sound like it was going to do a lot more than it actually did, which feels misleading. For the price, I expected way better. Definitely disappointed

I’m picky about how bedding feels once I’m actually lying down, and this one was hard for me to ignore. It felt really heavy and thick on the bed, almost bulky, and I just couldn’t get comfortable with it.

But after a few washes, I can definitely tell it’s not as smooth as it was, and I’m 100% noticing some wear around the edges. It’s not falling apart or anything dramatic, but for the price, I genuinely expected it to hold up better. Still usable for sure, but I’m certain the quality is just kind of middle-of-the-road.

I reached out to customer service and I’m still waiting for an actual response. Thought someone would get back to me by now, but... nothing.

I ordered this a while back, maybe in late March or early April, and it just didn’t fit my mattress right at all. I double-checked that I picked the right size, but it still felt way off and wouldn’t sit properly...

I was just trying to browse Slumber Cloud like a normal person with a credit card and a tiny bit of hope, but the site design kind of scared me off almost immediately.

The pages feel cluttered, there’s too much happening at once, and the product info isn’t exactly easy to skim. Some of the colors and layout feel dated too, which is always exciting when you’re trying to decide whether to trust a site with your money.
Maybe the products are actually great, who knows. But the website made the whole thing feel less trustworthy than it should, so I ended up leaving without buying anything

I didn’t feel like this was worth the price at all. Not saying it’s a scam, but for what you actually get, it just feels way too expensive.

I mostly bought this because of the cooling feature and, I don’t know, I was hoping it would make a bigger difference. The first night it actually did feel nice at first, like cooler than my usual setup. But then I still woke up warm around 2am, so... yeah, not exactly what I was hoping for. It’s not awful or anything, but if temperature control is the main reason you’re getting it, I’m not sure it’s really worth it

I picked this up because I tend to sleep hot, and I was really hoping it would make a big difference. But then on warmer nights, I still end up getting too hot, so it’s not like, okay, I wanted it to be the magic solution, and it’s just not quite that for me. Overall it’s decent, just maybe not as impressive as I expected.

Maybe I just sleep warmer than most people, but these sheets didn’t feel nearly as cooling as advertised. They felt nice at first, but after about an hour they started getting warm, and I had to keep shifting around. I might be picky because I overheat easily, but they just weren’t what I expected.
